Venue Vocal Sessions Are Only Available For 16+ Year Old's. If You Are Under The Age Of 16, Then You Must Be Accompanied By An Adult Who Is 18yrs + And Strictly Follow The Venues Covid-19 regulations. For Zoom Sessions, An Adult Must Be In The Premises That You Are Using If You Are Under 16 years.

All Advance Payments For Session/s Must Be Made 2 weeks Prior To The Date That Your Session Is Due. This Period Covers Your 14 Days Cooling Off Period. If You Request To begin your Vocal Coaching Session/s before the 14 Days Cooling Off Period, Then You Are Agreeing That Your Cooling Off Period Has Stopped From That Date That You Begin Your First Vocal Session/s.

Any Cancelled Vocal Sessions Will Be Rescheduled For An Alternative Day, And/Or Prior To Any Other Booked Session Which Must Be Made No Later Than 2 Weeks Before The Session Due Date, Your Payment/s Can Then Be Put Forward To Cover Your Next Booked Session/s, However, This Can Only Be Carried Out On A Maximum Of Two Occasions Per Booking, Per Person/Group, After Which The Payment/s Will Become Unavailable, And A Further Payment Must Be Made should You Wish To Continue With Your Vocal Session/s.

Any Permanent Cancellations Must Be Made In Writing by Email To amosjacksonvocals@gmail.com (But No Later Than 48 hours Before Your Vocal Session Is Due). All Vocal Coaching Payments Are Non-Refundable After A 14 Day Cooling Off Period.

In The Unlikely Event That 'Amos & Jackson' Have To Cancel A Booked Vocal Sessions, A Rescheduled Date Will Be Offered, And As Much Prior Notice Will Be Given As Well As A Extra Complementary 30 Min Session As Compensation.

Any Saturday Bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE , As This Will Result In Loss Of Bookings For Us . This Applies To Both Venue & Zoom Vocal Sessions.

Card Machine Payments For Vocal Sessions Can Be Accepted At The Very End Of Any Completed Vocal Session As An Advance Payment Towards Your Next Venue Or Zoom Vocal Session

A Basic Agreement Should Be Signed By Student/s To Confirm That You Have Read, Understood And Agree To All Terms & Conditions, And A Full MU Agreement For Block Bookings, However, Due To Current Covid-19 , This Will Be Carried Out Via Email.

A Pianist Is Only Available For Venue Vocal Sessions, And There May Need To Be An Additional Charge For This Service, If So, You Will Be Informed During Your Enquiry

Microphone With Amplification Is Prohibited In Our Edgware Road Venue, So An Alternative Location Will Be Used For Any Microphone & Live performance Techniques Training Under Strict Covid-19 regulations.

'Amos & Jackson Vocals' Are Not Obligated To Take On Any Students Wanting To Attend Their Vocal Coaching Sessions, Services Or Projects That They Are Associated With, And Hold The Right To Decline Booking Requests If Unavoidable, Or If Classes Are Full.

At The End Of Each Year, There Will Be A Students Live Performance Event. The Next Event Will Be Held In November 2021. (There May Be A Small Venue Entrance Fee Chargeable To Any Of Your Guests Attending To Watch You Perform).
